Damien is the Co-Founder of BOBW Basketball Training and is one of the best skills coaches around. He brings years of experience to the table hosting clinics and camps as well providing individual instruction to many of the areas top players.
Argrett graduated from Pfeiffer University in 2005 with a degree in Pre-Law, where he was named a NCAA Division 2 All-American. After graduation, Argrett played professionally in Europe for 5 years in Germany, Romania, Czech Republic and Poland. Argrett success continued in Europe as he was named in 2006 to the Romanian All-Star team and also in 2007 earning a spot on the Czech Republic All-Star team as well as being named the Most Valuable Player in the Czech Republic League after averaging 20 points and 8 rebounds a game.
Damien was recently named to Pfeiffer University "Sports Hall of Fame" Class of 2016.
Coach Damien is a USA Basketball Gold License Coach.
Rico is also a Co-Founder of BOBW Basketball Training and brings a wealth of experience from working both camps and clinics as well as providing top notch individual instruction.
Grier graduated from Pfeiffer also in 2005, leaving the University as arguably one of the best players to put on a Falcon uniform. Grier was also named to the NCAA Division 2 All-American team as well as earning team MVP twice. After graduating Pfeiffer, Grier took his talents to Europe where he had a very successful professional career, playing in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine. Grier finished in each league as one of the top players, often ranking in the top 25 in scoring, assist and steals.
Grier brings to the table a unmatched passion to teach players how to play the game the right way and become successful both on and off the court. Teaching players how hard work, discipline and dedication can help you achieve even goals that seem almost impossible.
Rico recently was named to Pfeiffer University "Sports Hall of Fame" Class of 2019.
Coach Rico is also a USA Basketball Gold License Coach.
