Damien Argrett

Argrett graduated from Pfeiffer University in 2005 with a degree in Pre-Law, where he was named a NCAA Division 2 All-American. After graduation, Argrett played professionally in Europe for 5 years in Germany, Romania, Czech Republic and Poland. Argrett success continued in Europe as he was named in 2006 to the Romanian All-Star Game and also in 2007 earning a spot on the Czech Republic All-Star team as well as being named the Most Valuable Player in the Czech Republic League after averaging 20 points and 8 rebounds a game.

DeMario Grier
Elite Skills Trainer/ Coach

DeMario Grier was a professional basketball player in Europe, he played alongside Rico and Damien on the 2003 Hall Of Fame team at Pfeiffer University. He is excited about developing kids fundamentals of the game. He was 3rd in nation in scoring in 2007, also 2 time NABC ALL-AMERICAN and averaged more points than minutes played 2006 and 2007. 

Rico Grier

Grier graduated from Pfeiffer also in 2005, leaving the University as arguably one of the best players to put on a Falcon uniform. Grier was also named to the NCAA Division 2 All-American team as well as earning team MVP twice. After graduating Pfeiffer, Grier took his talents to Europe where he had a very successful professional career, playing in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine. Grier finished in each league as one of the top players, often ranking in the top 25 in scoring, assist and steals. 

James Hairston
Elite Skills Trainer/ Coach

Played four years of varsity basketball ...scored his career high of 55 points in his freshman year...scored 1,870 points over his high school career and grabbed 1,000 rebounds ... the Falcons were a perfect 61-0 in his final two years, winning back-to-back North Carolina state championships...MVP of the 2002-03 AAA state championship game and of the Western Regionals...Rowan County Player of the Year that season...runner up for the North Carolina AAA Mr. Basketball award in 2002-03...a second team All-State choice too...twice named to the Sam Moir Christmas All-Tournament team. After two years at College of Charleston, Hairston transferred to Towson…in his debut game Hairston scored 26 points and 21 rebounds to earn CAA Player of the week honors…went on to lead the Tigers in points scored (360), rebounding (8.9) and blocks (50) for the season...As a senior Hairston led the Tigers averaging 13.0 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game and finished the year with 60 blocks…Hairston was named an all-conference selection in both years at Towson…Hairston was also the first Towson player to be named to the CAA all-tournament team…in just two seasons, Hairston finished his career as #6 all-time in Towson history for rebounds with 629 boards. After college, Hairston played nine years overseas…Hairston played two years each in Turkey, Iceland and Australia with just one season each in Chile, Finland, and the Netherlands…In 2013, Hairston shined for Iceland’s Stjarnan with 21.8 points per game, 12.6 rebounds per game and almost three blocks per contest.
